A pregnant woman was killed after a passenger van carrying her and 12 others flipped over in upstate New York while traveling to Niagara Falls from Pennsylvania. The New York State Police confirmed two people died due to the accident in Wayland, about 100 miles west of the popular falls. A male was pronounced dead at the scene. The remaining 11 were injured and taken to various hospitals. Two were airlifted. None of the victim's identities have been released. The pregnant woman's baby was safely delivered and is at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester for further evaluation, Trooper Commander Brian J.
