Incumbent Mayor Robert Restaino's campaign has pulled in just under $17,000 in campaign donations in 2023. Records on file with the New York State Board of Elections show heading into this year's general election that Restaino's campaign committee — Restaino for Mayor — has received 122 donations totaling $16,898. The two largest single donations, $1,000 each, came from the car dealership David Chevrolet on Niagara Falls Boulevard and from Lewiston businessman Joseph Anderson. Restaino's campaign also received donations this year from various Falls-based public safety groups, including the Niagara Falls Police Club ($500 donation in May), NF Firefighters Local 714 ($250 in July), NF Firefighters PAC ($250 in June) and the NF Fire Officers PAC ($150 in June).
