Wed, Jul 12th 2023 08:45 am Adaptive reuse of historic Sacred Heart School, rectory & convent buildings creates 39 affordable apartments Gov. Kathy Hochul announced construction of True Bethel Commons – a $15 million adaptive reuse of the vacant former historic Sacred Heart school, rectory and convent buildings on South Avenue producing 39 affordable apartments in Niagara Falls – is now complete. "It is so rewarding to see historic neighborhood landmarks such as Sacred Heart gain renewed purpose as affordable housing," Hochul said.
