A waterpark. A sledding hill. International putt-putt. For years, Niagara Falls pinned its hopes for a silver bullet to revitalize the downtown area adjacent to its famous cataract. A rendering of the planned $18 million Aquarium of Niagara expansion, featuring a 16,000-square-foot, double-level building on the attraction's developing campus.
